FAQ

Q: What is the recommended amount of Q-Force?
A: We recommend 2-4 chews on a daily basis. Each chew contains 250 milligrams of Quercetin. While many people feel an actual difference in their mental focus and workouts, or feel they can handle stressful situations better immediately, it may take up to a couple weeks to get full benefit of supplementing with Q-Force.

Q: What gives Q-Force its energy?
A: In addition to the many health benefits of quercetin, it offers performance benefits that you can experience. An extremely unique power of quercetin's is that it improves the key part of your muscle that generates energy- this occurs at the mitochondrial level of the cell. Mitochondria are sometimes described as "cellular power plants" because they generate most of the cell's supply of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), used as a source of energy.

Q: Can I overdose or is taking too many chews harmful?
A: Quercegen’s experts who prepared the dossier resulting in the FDA's GRAS Notified Status suggested that it is okay for healthy adults to ingest 1,250 milligrams per day of Quercetin, and for those battling a health condition, up to 2,000 milligrams per day. This would represent up to 5 Q-Force chews for healthy adults and 8 Q-Force chews for the latter.

Q: How does Q-Force taste?
A: Q-Force tastes excellent! The Original (Orange) is generally regarded as the best tasting as the Immune+ has Omega-3’s and EGCG in it. Overall people find that they are enjoyable to eat.

Q: I noticed that it turns my tongue a bit yellow, is that normal?
A:
Yes, quercetin is a deep yellow natural substance and will turn your tongue yellow for a little while. Some of it gets into your blood stream through your tongue via sublingual absorption. Our best advice is to eat some food afterwards or use mouthwash if this bothers you, or wear it proudly if you are On Q!

Q: Is there any caffeine in Q-Force?
A: No, there is no caffeine in Q-Force. Quercetin acts in similar ways to caffeine as it is an adenosine antagonist. People who consume Q-Force may feel a subtle lift and increased feeling of mental alertness but do not necessarily feel the jolt (and associated crash) of a cup of coffee or caffeinated energy drink.

Q: Is Q-Force safe for pregnant mothers, and/or those with health conditions?
A: If you are pregnant, nursing or have a specific health condition we recommend that you consult with your physician before supplementing with Q-Force chews.

Q: What is the difference between consuming Quercetin tablets and Q-Force?
A: Most Quercetin tablets are made using low grade Quercetin made in China, which is neither Food Grade nor Generally Recognized As Safe. Q-Force chews contain QU995™ which is the highest purity at 99.5% or more pure Quercetin combined with Vitamins B3 and C, as well as Folic Acid, in our patented QB3C™ health formula to deliver what we believe to be a safe product with significant benefits.

Q: What are the optimal times of day to take Q-Force?
A: We recommend 1-2 chews in the morning and 1-2 in the afternoon to keep Quercetin at a stable level in your blood plasma. Additional chews are ideally consumed before exercise, when undergoing stress and when fighting respiratory illness or recovering from a cold.

Q: Where is Quercetin found in nature?
A: Quercetin is commonly found in trace amounts in various fruits in vegetables. Most common are apple skins, onion peels and capers. Q-Force’s QU995 Quercetin is derived from the Uncaria plant in Brazil.

Q: What is the Shelf Life of Q-Force and does it need refrigeration?
A:
The shelf life of Q-Force is 18 months from production. It does not need refrigeration but is recommended to store at less than 77 degrees.

Q: Does Q-Force have any animal-based ingredients?
A:
Q-Force Original does not have any animal-based ingredients. The Q-Force Immune soft chew formulation contains gelatin. The gelatin is porcine (pork) based and is part of the fish oil (Omega-3) encapsulation. All the other ingredients are non-animal based.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A:
No, we do not. We ship via FedEx in the U.S. only.
